GENERAL TERMS

The completion of the Rental Agreement confirms that all persons have read and understood the terms and conditions

posted on the website at the time of booking.  Guests agree to abide by all Windsor Hills Condominium Associations rules.  

Guests will not assign this agreement or sublet any portion of the premises.

 

RESERVATION PROCESS

Please contact us to check if your desired dates are available.  You will receive an online Rental Agreement form to complete,

sign and return to us electronically. Once your deposit is received, we will secure your dates and issue you a confirmation

number. No reservation is confirmed until the deposit is paid.

 

LIABILITY

No claim can be made on the owners or managing agents for accidents, loss or injury (however sustained). The owners or agents do not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury sustained as a result of the use of our property, pool, clubhouse or any areas within the Windsor Hills property.  It is the responsibility of an adult member of the party to ensure that children are properly supervised when in the pool area.  Children are not permitted in the pool, spa or pool area unattended.  Posted pool rules must be adhered to while in the pool area.

 

RENTAL CHARGES

The rental charge is for up to 6 (six) guests.  NO PETS and NO SMOKING ALLOWED. The rental charge includes electricity, water, air conditioning, garbage collection, cable TV service and the use of linens and towels.  Internet access, local and long distance calls to USA and Canada numbers only are a complimentary service. All other long distance calls are blocked, but guests can make other long distance calls with use of a calling card. The rental charge does not included taxes.  A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after each occupancy. Rental  will incur a cleaning charge of $85 US. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive work for the cleaning team will result in a charge to you.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A valid credit card number must be given at time of booking.  Please see Rental Registration form for details.

 

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT

Guests may check in at 4 pm on date of arrival, and must check out by 10 am on date of departure. Guests will be charged (as per Rental Registration agreement) for any damages, loss or breakage in the condo or on the premises during your stay.  The property will be inspected both before and after occupancy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY (updated Jan  1/19) 

$150 US non-refundable deposit is required to hold any dates; when final payment is made, the deposit amount will be deducted from total stay. Any 4 (four) night stay, or bookings that are made 30 days or fewer before arrival, will be required to pay the full amount at time of booking.  For all stays of 14 nights or fewer, the balance (including taxes) is due in full 60 days prior to date of arrival.   

 

Cancellation policy for stays of 14 nights or fewer - return of any funds paid (not including deposit) as follows:

  • cancel 30 days or more before arrival - full refund less $50 admin fee

  • cancel 25-29 days prior to arrival - refund less 25%

  • cancel 20-24 days prior to arrival - refund less 50%

  • cancel 15-19 days prior to arrival - refund less 75%

  • cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival - NO REFUND

 

For long term stays (15 nights or more), 50% of balance (including taxes) is due 30 days after making deposit.  The final payment of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to date of arrival.  

 

Cancellation policy for long term stays (15 nights or longer) - return of any funds paid (not including deposit) as follows:

  • cancel 60 days or more before arrival - full refund less $50 admin fee

  • cancel 51-59 days prior to arrival - refund less 25%

  • cancel 41-50 days prior to arrival - refund less 50%

  • cancel 31-40 days prior to arrival - refund less 75%

  • cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival - NO REFUND
